Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping on products sold by Pore Tube

• Cost: free standard shipping on every order.
• Processing: orders are usually prepared within 1 to 3 business days.
• Delivery: most orders arrive 3 to 8 business days after they ship. Times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Tracking: we email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
• Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Products bought through Amazon links

When you click “View on Amazon” you buy from Amazon, not from us. Amazon’s shipping, returns and customer service apply.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Email poretubetv@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won’t need to send anything back unless we ask.

Changed your mind?

Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first for return instructions; return shipping is paid by the customer and refunds go back to the original payment method once the item is received. For hygiene reasons, extraction tools and skin devices that have been opened or used can’t be returned unless they’re defective.

Lost or late packages

If tracking hasn’t updated for 7 days, or your order hasn’t arrived 15 business days after shipping, contact us and we’ll sort it out.

Cancellations

Need to cancel or change your address? Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be changed.
